Shipping policy

Processing Time

All ECLYPSS orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

 

Domestic Shipping (India)

Standard Delivery: 5–8 business days

Express Delivery: 2–3 business days (where available)

Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹999

 

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping times may vary between 10–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. Additional customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

 

Shipping Delays

ECLYPSS is not responsible for delays caused by:

       Courier or postal service disruptions

       Adverse weather conditions or natural events

       Customs clearance for international orders

       Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

 

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. ECLYPSS is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address information. If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at support@eclypss.com before the order is dispatched.

 

Returns & Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate. Exchanges for size or preference changes are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

 

Items that are on sale, customized, or marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
